About the Position

Point Haus Corp is seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our Miami team. This entry-level position is designed for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, communicating with team members, and supporting marketing initiatives in a professional, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating day-to-day marketing activities
• Help organize marketing projects, schedules, and materials
• Support the preparation of approved marketing and promotional materials
• Assist with coordinating in-person marketing activities and company events
• Communicate with internal team members regarding upcoming projects and activities
• Help organize presentations, informational materials, and event resources
• Maintain organized marketing materials and project information
• Assist with event preparation, setup, and coordination when needed
• Support team members with administrative tasks related to marketing projects
