Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding services and account details
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain and update customer records in internal systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service completion
- Track service requests and follow up with clients
- Support general administrative and office tasks
Requisitos mínimos
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email systems)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
