About the Position

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily communication between internal teams and clients
• Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding company services and activities
• Respond to general questions and requests in person
• Support meetings, team activities, and company initiatives
• Maintain a professional and positive presence when representing the company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Comfortable interacting with different types of people
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• No previous experience required; training is provided
